KennedyC is looking for a Technical Systems Specialist to join our team in Madison, WI. We are looking for a highly technical and customer-focused individual to excel in system troubleshooting, configuration, and data analysis. You will handle escalations related to system functionality and collaborate closely with Account Executives, Web Developers, Operations and Data Analysts to ensure consistent performance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across CRM, CMS, and database systems, addressing urgent escalations promptly.
  • Generate insights, troubleshoot discrepancies, and automate processes where possible.
  • Provide implementation, customer training, and ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance for all KennedyC systems.
  • Collaborate with developers to configure systems based on project requirements.
  • Identify inefficiencies, taking the initiative to propose optimization strategies.
  • Create training guides, configuration documents, and best practices.
  • Manage third-party system integrations, ensuring smooth data exchange between platforms such as CRMs and marketing tools.
  • Test new system updates and integrations to ensure accuracy and system functionality.
  • Report and resolve bugs in collaboration with developers.
  • Manage customer expectations and deliver positive experiences, even in challenging situations.
  • Maintain accurate software systems and documentation.
  • Assist with software project management.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, CMS platforms, and data analysis tools (i.e. Looker Studio).
  • Understanding of APIs, system architectures, and data integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in root cause analysis for system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
